Check-in and check-out – when, how, where?

Your apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3 PM on the day of arrival. We will contact you in due time to discuss the exact arrival time and to welcome you personally. 

Late check-in: Should you arrive after 6 PM, we will provide you with a code on your mobile phone, which you can use to check in without us being present.

Check-out: Is scheduled for 10 AM. This gives our housekeepers plenty of time to spruce up the apartment for the next visitors. But feel free to consult us individually. We are of course flexible if it can be arranged.

We can't come. What now?

Covid 19 cancellation special: 

We have expanded our cancellation rules under the motto "Carefree vacation".
You can now cancel your stay at the Sailers free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this free cancellation period has expired, the AGBH 2006 apply.

Should the Covid-19 pandemic lead to local or personal travel restrictions (such as quarantine or entry bans into Austria), there are no cancellation fees. In general, we ask you to arrive healthy.

General cancellation policy:

  • - Free cancellation at the Sailers up to 31 days before arrival.
  • - We charge 70% of the booked package between day 30 and 14. 
  • - As of day 13 before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100 % of the total price. 


With a free cancellation period of 30 days, we will charge you a deposit of 50% of the total amount. In the case of free cancellation, we will either return the full deposit to you by bank transfer or we will credit it to the card charged. 

Please note that your booking is only valid once the deposit has been received. You will receive a written booking confirmation from us. An enquiry is non-binding initially and does not yet constitute a firm booking.

Travel cancellation without regrets

In order to avoid any unpleasant surprises, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance. This covers not only illness or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents, but also a Covid 19 illness and, incidentally, can be easily taken out when booking online.

Are pets welcome?

Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to leave dogs, cats and mice at home. We kindly ask for your understanding that the apartments are not pet-friendly.

What about Wi-Fi?

High-speed internet is, of course, widely available.

Where can I park the car? How can we get electricity for our e-car?

There are plenty of parking spaces right next to the complex at the Sailers – and 2 Tesla charging stations as well.

How can I settle my bill on site?

After the prescribed deposit, we ask you to pay the balance on the day of arrival on site by credit card or, if you like, in cash.
